Dr. Masoud Davoudian, The 1st rank in residency examination of dentistry, Board Certified Orthodontist in Tehran-Iran, Private practice in Tehran-Iran
BiographyDr. Masoud Davoudian was admitted to Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences of Tehran in the field of dentistry in 1997, attaining rank 17 in the nationwide university entrance examinations (Konkor). He completed the program of dentistry with excellent grade within 5 years and graduated in 2002. He started his clinical activity to fulfill his mandatory dentistry service obligation in 2 years. In 2004, he sat for dental assistance admission examinations. Having attained the first rank in residency examination in Iran he was admitted to the specialized course of orthodontics of Shahid Beheshti Dental School. Upon completion of the three-year orthodontics course and acquiring the specialized board certificate he started his private practice as orthodontist. In 2006, he became a member of Iran's National Elites Foundation with invitation of the foundation.
Scientific BackgroundDr. Davoudian is an orthodontist in Tehran, Iran. He is a member of IAO, WFO and AAO. He improves his therapeutic methods each year by participating in various refreshment courses and learning new techniques.

SymposiumsOne of the recent professional activities of Dr. Davoudian has been organizing periodical symposiums for youthful orthodontists. One of the objectives of these meetings has been exchanging opinion among young orthodontists with the aim of promoting the scientific level of colleagues and dealing with professional issues of orthodontics in Iran. Another important objective of this young foundation is promoting the public culture in an organized way in the form of raising and discussing orthodontic diagnosis and treatment issues, which are understandable and useful to the community.
